Why We Exist
Insurance Advertising Masters was built on one belief: insurance agents deserve marketing that actually works. Since 2019, we've helped over 1,000 agents build scalable lead generation systems powered by Meta and Google advertising, high-converting funnels, and data-driven optimization. We're not consultants who theorize — we run the same playbooks inside our own agency that we install for clients. Justin Falck
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Justin built Insurance Advertising Masters from the ground up after seeing firsthand how broken insurance agent marketing was. Since 2019, he's led the vision of turning paid advertising and funnel strategy into a repeatable growth engine — not just for IAM clients, but inside his own agency. He sets the strategic direction and makes sure everything IAM builds actually moves the needle.

Josh Foret
Co-Owner & Chief Creative Officer
Josh lives and breathes generative AI and creative innovation. He spends 100% of his time pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI-driven ad creative — from video production to image generation to script optimization. Every high-performing ad that comes out of IAM has Josh's fingerprints on it. He's the reason our clients' creative stays ahead of the curve while everyone else is still guessing.

Tyler Calvert
Co-Owner & Chief Marketing Officer
Tyler leads all things marketing at IAM, from Meta and Google ad strategy to funnel architecture and creative direction. He's obsessed with what actually converts — not vanity metrics — and has managed millions in insurance ad spend across Medicare, supplement, and T65 campaigns. If it touches lead generation, Tyler owns it.

Carter brings financial discipline to a marketing-first company. He ensures IAM's growth is sustainable, client pricing is smart, and every dollar of ad spend is accounted for. He also helps clients think about their unit economics — so they know exactly what a lead, appointment, and sale is actually worth.

Steve makes sure the right conversations happen at the right time. He manages the pipeline, keeps prospects informed, and ensures a smooth onboarding experience from first contact to kickoff. Detail-oriented by nature, no ball gets dropped on his watch.

Ryan partners directly with insurance agencies to build and optimize their marketing systems. He knows the Medicare and supplement space inside and out — from ad creative to appointment show rates — and treats every client's budget like his own.

Casey brings a consultative, people-first approach to every client relationship. A pastor at heart, he carries that same servant-leadership into his work at IAM — helping agencies translate their growth goals into concrete ad strategies and funnel improvements. When something isn't working, Casey's the first one digging into the data to figure out why.
